Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Reserved off road parking for one car in private car park serving the village situated seven mins walk away accessed via a steep lane. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops next to property, pubs less than a 1 min walk away. Note: There is limited headroom in certain areas of the apartment. Note: It's possible to load/unload outside the property only with turning space alongside the slipway, however the roads are very narrow, care to be taken. Note: No children under 12 years of age.
